OctoEngage
Streamlined communication where employees can view the build status of projects and corporate updates.
Organizations often share corporate updates with their employees via multiple platforms. Some decentralized organizations have additional challenges with employees infrequently seeing corporate communications. This can result anywhere in the range of complete ignorance to complete information overload for employees, which causes low engagement in corporate initiatives and a lack of visibility into the health of program software projects. As employees hop from platform to platform to find pieces of information, they lose productivity and tune out.
The purpose of OctoEngage is to streamline communications, providing a single location where employees can view the build status of projects, corporate updates, and more.
The OctoEngage Wallboard identifies sources of corporate information that employees need and want to know about. It provides the capacity to visualize the build health of multiple projects at any given time. It displays key data in one easy-to-access place online and around the office. Office locations where water-cooler conversations occur have served well as a location to feature the wallboard on a TV display.

The OctoEngage Wallboard is fully customizable to deliver relevant information in an organized manner, improving productivity, minimizing platform hopping, and reducing information overload so employees can focus on what they need to do and when it needs to be done.
Customers that have visited the AZ office are often exposed to the wallboard on the TV in the Octo kitchen/break-room while they grab a beverage or snack, and has resulted in requests for a customized wallboard product for their own team or company to use. We have not acted on these requests historically, but are now in a position that we could!
