Automatically detect and classify workplace hazards through computer vision.
Inspectors looking for safety violations on worksites must possess in-depth knowledge and a keen eye, but even the keenest eyes are subject to human error and may miss a potential hazard. That’s why our AI COE leveraged machine learning and computer vision capabilities to create an application that automatically detects and classifies safety hazards on inspection sites. Using a hardhat dataset, we trained a custom model to detect and score hazards based on images submitted via a website.
