Project Overview

Facility Access Capacity Tool & Scheduler (F.A.C.T.S.)

Secure single-sign-on and secure application programming interface services.

Companies lead by showing that they put employees’ safety, health, and well-being first. The COVID-19 pandemic has challenged organizations to demonstrate their commitment to safely bringing employees back into offices. Facility teams have worked to re-structure layouts of buildings, ensuring social distancing is maintained through proper seating arrangements and by adhering to occupancy thresholds.

The Facility Access and Capacity Tool Scheduler (F.A.C.T.S) provides a way for organizations to track, manage, and effectively report employee on-site presence by asking a few COVID-related questions.

F.A.C.T.S. is available to end users to request facility access and administrative views provide unique capabilities. The application allows administrators to assign or adjust building capacities for each building or site. Once capacities are assigned, an employee can request building access. If the building access has reached capacity or not met COVID requirements, the request is not allowed. After the request is submitted, the administrator will approve or reject the building access request. The administrator can monitor who received access on any given day and control the capacity for each worksite. The F.A.C.T.S application has a user-friendly calendar view that users can view past and future facility requests.
